We got something wrong :(

As an aside, the first person who emails us detailing excatly what was wrong with the original jumble will get a mention on here!

And if you're really, really stuck, you can find the solution to the jumble by clicking here

FullCaps #3 is on the shelf!

FullCaps Issue 2

It's been a while since we posted up here. I'm afriad I am a terrible, terrible person. Anyway, as compensation here's Issue 3! This issue we feature two returning authors, and three FullCaps newbies! The completely unintended theme of this issue is "Hittin' the Road". We found that if not about actual travel specifically, all of the stories in this issue involve some kind of journey, be it mental or physical.

Our online feature this month is "To the Brim and Back" by one of our two American authors in this issue, Tom Sheehan. You can find it by clicking here!

FullCaps Issue 2 has arrived!

FullCaps Issue 2

You can download Issue 2 of FullCaps now! Get it while it's still hot off the press. We've upped the ante this month, and can present a full six stories in this issue! As well as this, Jenny has produced the first FullCaps science fiction themed puzzler for you to boggle over! If you get stuck, you can find the answers by clicking here.

Also, don't forget to check out our monthly "online only" feature, which as the name suggests is available only here on the website and in the ePub and Kindle versions of the book. This issue we feature Ryan Casey's "Snap Judgement". You can find it by clicking here!

A tribute to the Royal Wedding

Crowns! Yay!

We here at FullCaps are taking the opportunity to escape the Royal Wedding frenzy, and as such will not even be in the country. However, seeing as we aren't misery guts', and we do want to get into the spirit of the thing a bit, regular contributor Cornelius Crunk has come up with one outcome for the big day's proceedings. You can read it by clicking here or by going to the Features page via the navigation bar above.

Of course we here at FullCaps wish the happy couple all the best in there protected and privileged lives, but come on, everyone wants to see Wills fleeing Westminster Abbey on a stolen horse really don't they? Just us then eh? Oh well, see you after the madness.

P.S. FullCaps ISSUE 2 is going to be out June 1st 2011! We've got loads of great submissions coming in from around the world, but there's still time to get YOURS in. Click here to see how you can get your short story into the next issue of FullCaps!

FullCaps gets social

Social Networking baby!

We're pretty sure that FullCaps is the first website on the entire interweb to be on both Twitter AND Facebook. Or at least the first short story website. Or at least the first website called FullCaps.

Anyhoo, why not click on the links in the right hand column and check out our "social media presence"!

FullCaps is alive!

Full Caps Issue 1

Welcome to the brand new FullCaps website! FullCaps is the premier, completely and utterly free, short story "zine" servicing the Oxford area directly, but with ambitions of world domination. The first issue is available online and in print now!

FullCaps has been created to satisfy two needs. Firstly, the need for a regularly produced, well-marketed, free platform for new writers of short fiction to show-case their work. Secondly, to satisfy our own personal hunger for new, high-quality stories, from a wide variety of genres.

Unlike other free platforms, we will be maintaining a high standard of quality, and rigorous editorial values. We are not producing FullCaps for riches or fame. We are producing it for the love of finding a new talent, and exposing it to the world.

Well... okay, a bit of fame would be nice.
